Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return*'.
This is in addition to your legal right to return which is explained in our Terms and Conditions at https://cape-cove.com/pages/terms-and-conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you purchased from www.cape-cove.com, a returns sticker will have been included in your parcel (for UK orders). Simply securely attach this to the front of your sealed returns parcel and return the item(s) to us. Please remember to include the despatch note in your parcel with details of your returned items and any feedback you have for us.
If you are missing your returns label, please contact us at care@cape-cove.com and we will issue you with a new returns label.

Please keep your proof of postage safe until you have confirmation that your parcel has arrived at our warehouse.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Please note we do not offer free returns on Archive sale items, these are charged at £10 for UK returns and £30 for international returns.
