Standard Deliveries

The delivery times on our website represent the level of service we aim to achieve for all orders but we cannot guarantee to deliver your order by a particular date or time.

Orders made on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the following working day.

United Kingdom

Standard Royal Mail 2-4 business days orders - £8.95.
DPD Next working day delivery (order before 2.30pm Monday - Thursday) - £12.95.
Saturday DPD delivery, up to 5kg (order before 2.30pm Friday) - £14.75.
Saturday DPD delivery, over 5kg (order before 2.30pm Friday) - £37.95.
Free UK returns, 30 days.

Australia

International Standard Shipping Australia £30.00.

USA

Express International (4-11 days), additional taxes may apply £30.00.
Fedex International Shipping, additional taxes may apply £30.00.

Delivery times

We’re not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control (for example if products are delayed in transit), we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but you can contact our Customer Service Team at care@cape-cove.com to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
